Before we start making brand introductions, we'll provide our Matchmaking Agreement that outlines the terms of our engagement, typically a percentage of monthly retainer for signed contracts. There is no charge to agencies to participate in the matchmaking process until a contract is signed with a brand. However, before we introduce a brand to you, we require a nominal fee from them. Why? We've been on the agency side of these matchmaking transactions and know that not all brands are serious about hiring an agency. Our nominal fee is intended to keep bad actors away. We're not in the business of wasting anyone's time.

As opportunities arise from brands seeking agency partners, we'll evaluate potential matches for your agency. When we identify a potential match, we'll share a brand brief to confirm your interest in a particular opportunity. Once confirmed, we'll share your capabilities and case studies with the brand to select their top two choices from our short list of recommended agencies.

When you're selected among a brand's top two agencies, we'll make introductions and schedule a discovery call with the brand. We'll join the call and to ensure you and the brand each get the information you need to make an informed decision about next steps, such as preparing a proposal.

Once a brand decides to work with your agency, we'll step aside and let you partner directly with the brand to finalize a statement of work, sign agreements, and get to work!
